What does adjustable mean/how do I select ring size? 

  • When we first started our company, we had many problems with having enough stocks for certain ring sizes and having too many stocks for less wanted sizes. After reconsideration we realized that the best way to solve this problem is by making all of our jewelries in full silver. Because of the softness of silver, it allows you to easily bend the rings from U.S. size 5-12 without breaking it. After that, we have used the adjustable rings model for the past 5 years, and everyone seems to love it. 
  • We also label our rings as male/female. This is only an indication for sizing, female is size 5-11, while male is size 5-12. This means most of the time you can wear a female ring even if you are male, and vice versa. 
  • We do not discriminate against same sex couples, and the male/female label is purely a sizing indication. Here we fully support the LGBT community.  

Restocks

  • Most of our products are seasonal, so if you see a product out of stock, it most likely will not be restocked.

What is the shipping time?

  • After you make a purchase, a confirmation email/text will be sent to you, and we will make the shipment within 3 days usually. After that the delivery time will vary depending on the countries you live in, and all of the information will be in the shipping policy page located on the bottom of our website.
Can I get a refund?
  • Of course you can get a refund, we want all of our customers to be happy, and if you do not want your item anymore it is very easy to issue a refund. You can ask for a refund by sending us an email with your order number, and we will contact back to you to complete the process. A refund policy page is also located on the bottom of our website where you can find all the details.
What if the parcel is lost during transit
  • If the parcel is lost in its transit, it would be automatically resent from us, but you can also request to cancel the order and get a refund.
Will I get a tracking number
  • Usually you will get a text/email with your tracking number after 3-5 days of the purchase. Most of the times we ship them in 1-3 days and you would receive the tracking number after that.
What are the material used
  • All of our items' bodies are entirely made out of silver, nickel free and plated with other materials.
How can I know if they are real silver
  • All of our jewelries are verified to be silverware and copyrighted, here is an example.

My package didn't arrive

  • Sometimes your item will show up a few days after it states delivered. However if it still does not arrive, or it has been a long time, you can try contacting your local post office, or send us an email. If a parcel is lost on its way, we automatically send out another one, so there is no worry about the parcel being lost.
